House «X» A compact, but roomy House «X», with a total area of 67 sq.m, is ideal for a young family. It successfully combined a large area for rest and reception on the ground floor, a spacious bedroom with a dressing room and a large terrace on the second floor. The main goal in the design of the house was to minimize the area, while preserving the spacious interior spaces. Due to its small size, the house can freely settle on a small plot, or become a guest house.
