House "Y", with its functionality, is the most compact solution with a total area of 36 sq.m. On the first level there is an entrance hall, a bathroom, a kitchen-living room and a staircase leading to the mezzanine to the bedroom. The volumetric solution of the house follows directly from its functional areas - the mezzanine space is well read on the facade. Despite the modest area, the living space is filled with air and light thanks to the well-thought-out orientation of the light openings and the height of the ceilings provided by the opposite-pitched roof.
