The project is a utopian reasoning on the topic of urbanization of megacities. Non-large-scale skyscrapers as symbols of urbanization and technological progress are presented in the form of hourglasses, crumbling into a picturesque relief with low-rise buildings. Two borderline forms of the residential environment are opposed to each other, generating a conflict, the result of which is a new approach to the organization of the urban environment, in which public and residential functions are separated by the surface of the earth. Combining all the advantages of the city and the countryside is the answer to the question of what the housing of the future will be like.
Today, a residential building and the environment as a whole are inseparable concepts, which is why the housing of the future is not a concept of a residential unit, but a comprehensive environmental solution.
